Deep Fried at the State Fair
The State Fair has offered deep fried hot dogs, hamburgers, oreos and candy bars for a while now. This year a new comer hit the fair with strong sales. The introduction of deep fried coke in a cup. The fried dough soaks up the coke and then it is topped with powdered sugar and coke syrup. It is apparent that America continues to overeat and eat foods that are extremely bad for them. Dont get me wrong, everyone loves a sweet treat and there is nothing wrong with enjoying the delicous foods at the State Fair. I have to wonder though, how many people go home and try to start making the deep fried desserts so they can eat them often? Do yourself a favor, enjoy the treats but leave them at the State Fair.
