Eating the right types of Carbs For Weight Loss

Several diets cut all carbs out of the diet in an effort to lose weight quickly.  This actually works quite well, but over the long haul you will likely get tired of the diet and go back to eating the way you were prior to the diet.  One great tip without having to go on a diet is to simply know which carbohydrates are considered low, medium or high on the glycemic index.
